Project brief

Hypotecni Banka approached us to develop a solution that would effectively communicate the advantages of green living to both clients and their financial advisors. The goal was to create a tool that could educate, motivate, and inspire visitors with the benefits of green living, presenting the advantages of their specialized Green Mortgage at the same time.

The foundation is a minimalist design that highlights the house itself and keeps the visitor’s focus on the key elements.

Our approach

We designed a modern, interactive microsite centered around a virtual 3D home tour. This tour highlighted specific areas where users could save money through sustainable solutions. The experience was optimized for financial advisors to use during client consultations and for their own learning.

Execution

To make the benefits of Green Mortgages compelling and easy to understand, we created a virtual tour of a model home. This guided visitors through the various elements of green living, with interactive buttons offering more detailed information. The minimalist design focused on the house and the key sustainable features.

During development, we realized that integrating a 3D model directly into the site would compromise performance on some mobile devices. Prioritizing functionality, we switched to a video tour format. This allowed us to present the home’s features at optimal viewing angles and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

Outcome and benefits

The microsite effectively demonstrates eco-friendly living principles and the benefits of Green Mortgages in a visually appealing way. It is a valuable tool for financial advisors and an independent online resource for potential customers. The inclusion of a contact form on the site’s domain, myslimezelene.cz, helped generate qualified leads for Hypoteční banka, bringing in clients already interested in sustainable building and renovation.
